Keep edits separate from publication
Prepare schedule changes, then publish an update when you are ready for crew members to see it.
Notify the people affected
Changed assignments determine app-update recipients. Text recipients are confirmed before sending, with separate history so cancelling a text does not mark it as sent.
Make job information accessible
Crew members use the worker app to view published assignments and permitted job details. Account permissions still control access.
